22 years of playing amateur football left me with a few injuries, but none were has painful as my left knee. Due to damaged cartilage and ligament damage in my early twenties I walk with a limp and need a cane for walks more than a few hundred yards.

Searching the internet I came across many options from acupuncture and other witch craft bullshit which people claimed to help them… but one thing that kept coming up was Kratom.

Based on the research I discovered it was best I used Maeng Da Kratom powder for pain.
